Jacqueline Blake, RN, BSN
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Jacqueline Blake, RN, BSN, is a co-founder and Executive Director of AnchorPoint Transitional Housing, Inc. She brings experience in behavioral health, nursing, care coordination, and community-focused support to the organization's mission of creating safe, stable pathways toward independent living.
Junior Turner
Co-Founder & Deputy Director
Junior Turner is a co-founder and Deputy Director of AnchoPoint Transitional Housing, Inc. He brings more than 20 years of behavioral health operational leadership experience, with a focus on structured environments, safety, de-escalation, and supportive services.
