AnchorPoint serves adults experiencing housing instability who may benefit from a stable, supportive living environment. Referrals may come from healthcare provider, behavioral health agencies, or community organizations, or other appropriate referral partners.

Referrals are submitted through the AnchorPoint referral and intake process. Partnering agencies and other referraal sources can provide information about the individual's housing needs, current supports, and goals. Each referral is reviewed to determine whether AnchorPoint is an appropriate fit.

No. AnchorPoint provides supportive transitional housing and is not a treatment provider. Our housing model is designed to complement existing behavioral health, healthcare, and community-based services while providing a stable environment where residents can work toward greater independence.

Length of stay is based on each resident's individual circumstances, housing goals, and progress toward greater independence. Transition planning begins early and is developed collaboratively with the resident and appropriate support partners.
